About KyW.R.A.P.

KyW.R.A.P. (Kentucky Workforce and Recovery Advancement Program) is dedicated to empowering individuals in recovery from substance use disorder through a comprehensive workforce and recovery readiness initiative. Our program provides essential support, including weekly recovery advancement meetings and personalized mentoring, to prepare participants for the workforce.

By integrating the A.P.P.E.A.R. Readiness Framework with tailored education and resources, we help individuals navigate their career paths effectively. Our program not only equips participants with skills for stable employment but also offers ongoing support, community resources, and a Certificate of Completion to boost their employability with second-chance employers.
